The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting in accordance with Article 17(1) of the MAR, announces that it has received a return signed letter of intent from Development Concept One DM Sp. z o.o. (address: ul. Towarowa 28, 00-839 Warsaw).
The subject of the letter is to confirm that the Issuer has been selected to act as the General Contractor for the construction of two warehouse, service and production halls with rest and refreshment facilities at ul. Rzeczna 6 in Warsaw (Targówek District).

The value of the contract which MIRBUD S.A. and Development Concept One DM Sp. z o.o. intend to conclude is: EUR 17,998,961.00 net.
The Issuer will inform about signing of the contract in a separate report.

The information on the selection of the bid has been qualified by the Issuer as confidential information, as defined in Article 7 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ EU L 173, dated 12/06/2014, hereinafter referred to as the “MAR”), due to the significant value of the contract on the scale of the Company and its importance for the Issuer.
