Report content:    
The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting in accordance with Article 17(1) of the MAR, announces that it has signed an annex to the contract with the Olsztyn Commune, Pl. Jana Pawła II 1, 10-101 Olsztyn concluded on 28 December 2021. The annex was signed as a result of the mediation which had previously taken place.

The subject of the annex is to increase the Issuer’s remuneration for the execution of the task titled “Reconstruction and extension of the Urania Sports and Entertainment Hall in Olsztyn” due to the awarded indexation amount of PLN 30,750,000.00 gross, which is 15 percent of the original contractual remuneration. Construction works for the project in question are scheduled to be completed on 16 October 2023.

The Issuer informed of the signing of the contract in Current Report No. 22/2021 dated 24 June 2021.

The information on signing the annex to the contract has been qualified by the Issuer as confidential information, as defined in Article 7 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ EU L 173, dated 12/06/2014, hereinafter referred to as the “MAR”), due to the significant value of the contract on the scale of the Company and its importance for the Issuer.
