The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting in accordance with Article 17(1) of the MAR, informs that on 09 March 2022 the consortium of companies composed of:

• MIRBUD S.A. with its registered office in Skierniewice (Consortium Leader),
• KOBYLARNIA S.A. with its registered office in Kobylarnia (Consortium partner),

signed an agreement with the State Treasury – General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Wronia 53, 00-874 Warsaw. 

The subject matter of the contract is the execution of the task titled “Design and execution of construction works for the S74 Przełom/Miniów-Kielce (S7 Kielce Zachód junction) expressway section”.

Contract value: PLN 537,699,999.99 gross.

Time limit for the task execution: 36 months from the date of signing the agreement. Works do not include winter periods (i.e. from 16 December to 15 March).

The information on signing the contract has been qualified by the Issuer as confidential information, as defined in Article 7 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (Official Journal of the European Union, L 173, 12 June 2014, hereinafter “MAR” due to the significant value of the agreement for the Company and its importance to the Issuer.
