The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting in accordance with Article 17(1) of the MAR, announces that it has signed a contract with the Grodzisk Mazowiecki Commune with its registered office at the Town Hall at ul. Kościuszki 12A, 05-825 Grodzisk Mazowiecki.

The subject of the contract is the execution of the investment task titled “Construction of a primary school with pre-school department in the village of Szczęsne, Grodzisk Mazowiecki Commune – STAGE II”.

Contract value: PLN 38,864,022.70 gross. 

The information on signing the contract has been qualified by the Issuer as confidential information, as defined in Article 7 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ EU L 173, dated 12/06/2014, hereinafter referred to as the “MAR”), due to the significant value of the contract on the scale of the Company and its importance for the Issuer.
