The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting in accordance with Article 17(1) of the MAR, informs that on 6 May 2022 the consortium of companies composed of:

• KOBYLARNIA S.A. with its registered office in Kobylarnia (Consortium Leader),
• MIRBUD S.A. with its registered office in Skierniewice (Consortium Partner).

signed a contract with the State Treasury – General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) with its registered office in Warsaw (ul. Wronia 53, 00-874 Warsaw).

The subject matter of the contract is the execution of the task titled “Design and construction of the S10 Bydgoszcz – Toruń expressway, section 3 from the Solec junction to the Toruń Zachód junction”.

Contract value: PLN 425,869,442.92 gross.

Task execution deadline: 41 months from the date of conclusion of the contract (winter periods are not included in the duration of the construction works).

The information on signing the contract has been qualified by the Issuer as confidential information, as defined in Article 7 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ EU L 173, of 12/06/2014, hereinafter referred to as the “MAR”), due to the significant value of the contract on the scale of the Company and its importance for the Issuer.
