The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting in accordance with Article 17(1) of the MAR, announces that it has received a return signed contract from Centrum Wynajmu Nieruchomości 4 Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Krotoszyn (ul. Ostrowska 122, 63-700 Krotoszyn).

The subject of the contract is the design, construction and handover to the Employer of a logistics centre located in Bolewicko, Miedzichowo municipality, Nowy Tomyśl poviat, together with land development and the necessary internal and external infrastructure, including all networks, connections and systems, as well as the construction of an internal road and the reconstruction/extension of the road system along the municipal and national roads.

Contract value: PLN 106,300,000.00 net. 

The information on signing the contract has been qualified by the Issuer as confidential information, as defined in Article 7 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ EU L 173, dated 12/06/2014, hereinafter referred to as the “MAR”), due to the significant value of the contract on the scale of the Company and its importance for the Issuer.
