The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. with its registered office in Skierniewice (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”) on the basis of § 15(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state, supplements current report no. 27/2022 with the independent statutory auditor’s report on the performance of a service providing reasonable assurance regarding the assessment of the remuneration report.
 
The remaining content of the report no. 27/2022 remains unchanged.
