The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting pursuant to Article 17(1) of the MAR, hereby provides the preliminary estimated financial results for Q1 2022.
Consolidated financial data:
- sales revenue: PLN 502 million
- gross profit from sales: PLN 42 million
- net profit: PLN 15 million

Separate financial data:
- sales revenue: PLN 366 million
- gross profit from sales: PLN 25 million
- net profit: PLN 16 million

The Issuer stipulates that the above financial data are approximate values. This may differ from the data which will be presented by the Issuer in the extended financial statements for the period from 1/01/ to 31/03/2022.
