The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting pursuant to Article 17(1) of the MAR, hereby provides the preliminary estimated financial results for H1 2023.

Consolidated financial data:

• revenue from sales: PLN 1.195 million;
• gross profit from sales: PLN 100 million;
• net profit: PLN 29 million.

Separate financial data:

• revenue from sales: PLN 871 million;
• gross profit from sales: PLN 60 million;
• net profit: PLN 37 million.

The Issuer stipulates that the above financial data is an approximation. It may differ from the data that shall be presented by the Issuer in the consolidated extended financial statements for H1 2023.
