The Management Board of MIRBUD Spółka Akcyjna, with its registered office in Skierniewice (the “Company”), informs that on 4 September 2023 the Company has received a notification from Mr. Jerzy Mirgos, the person performing managerial duties at the Company as its President of the Management Board, on the acquisition of shares in MIRBUD S.A. on 1 September 2023, drawn up in accordance with Article 19(1) of Regulation EU No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR).

This notification constitutes an appendix to this Report.
