The Management Board of MIRBUD Spółka Akcyjna, with its registered office in Skierniewice (the “Company”), informs that on 14 September 2023 the Company has received a notification from Mr. Jerzy Mirgos, the person performing managerial duties at the Company as its President of the Management Board, on the acquisition of shares in MIRBUD S.A. on 11 and 12 September 2023, drawn up in accordance with Article 19(1) of Regulation EU No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR).

This notification constitutes an appendix to this Report.
