Report content:    

The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting in accordance with Article 17(1) of the MAR, announces that it has signed a contract with the Employer, the Military Property Agency in Warsaw (ul. Nowowiejska 26 A, 00-911 Warsaw).

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works for the investment task 91688 titled “Construction of a Sports Centre with internal communication and necessary technical infrastructure” on the K-6015 Powidz site.

Contract value: PLN 73,284,692.48 gross.

Work completion deadline: 27 months from the date of signing the contract. 

The information on signing the contract has been qualified by the Issuer as confidential information, as defined in Article 7 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ EU L 173 of 12/06/2014, hereinafter referred to as the “MAR”), due to the significant value of the contract on the scale of the Company and its importance for the Issuer.
