The Management Board of MIRBUD Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Skierniewice (the “Company”) informs that on 28 June 2022 the Company received notifications from Mr Jerzy Mirgos, a person fulfilling managerial duties and responsibilities at the Company – President of the Management Board, on the acquisition of shares of MIRBUD S.A. on 30 June and 1 July 2022, prepared in accordance with Article 19(1) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council EU No 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on MAR market abuse.

These notifications are enclosed as appendices to this report.
