Report content:    

The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting in accordance with Article 17(1) of the MAR, announces that it has signed a contract with Centrum Wynajmu Nieruchomości 2 S.A. in Krotoszyn (ul. Ostrowska 122, 63-700 Krotoszyn).

The subject of the contract is the design, construction and commissioning of a Distribution Centre located in Kaliszki, Biała Piska municipality (Pisz poviat, Warmian–Masurian Voivodeship) together with land development and the necessary external and internal infrastructure.

Contract value: PLN 107,000,000.00 net.

The information on signing the contract has been qualified by the Issuer as confidential information, as defined in Article 7 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ EU L 173 of 12/06/2014, hereinafter referred to as the “MAR”), due to the significant value of the contract on the scale of the Company and its importance for the Issuer.
