The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting in accordance with Article 17(1) of the MAR, informs that it has signed a contract with the Polish Naval Academy of the Heroes of Westerplatte in Gdynia (address: ul. Śmidowicza 69, 81-127 Gdynia).

The subject of the contract is the execution of the task titled “Construction of a multi-purpose building (teaching, training, accommodation, catering) with the necessary technical infrastructure and landscaping on the grounds of the Polish Naval Academy of the Heroes of Westerplatte in Gdynia”.

Contract value: PLN 114.700.000,00 gross.

Task execution deadline: 32 months from the construction site hand-over date by the Contracting Authority.

The information on signing the contract has been qualified by the Issuer as confidential information, as defined in Article 7 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ EU L 173, dated 12/06/2014, hereinafter referred to as the “MAR”), due to the significant value of the bid on the scale of the Company and its importance for the Issuer.
