The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting pursuant to Article 17(1) of the MAR, hereby provides the preliminary estimated financial results for three quarters of 2023.

Consolidated financial data:

• revenue from sales: PLN 2.067 million;
• gross profit from sales: PLN 174 million;
• net profit: PLN 56 million.

Separate financial data:

• revenue from sales: PLN 1.439 million;
• gross profit from sales: PLN 108 million;
• net profit: PLN 61 million.

The Issuer stipulates that the above financial data is an approximation. This may differ from the data which will be presented by the Issuer in the financial statements for the period from 1/01/ to 30/09/2023.
