The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting in accordance with Article 17(1) of the MAR, hereby provides the preliminary estimated financial results for H1 2022.

Consolidated financial data:

• revenue from sales: PLN 1.351 million;
• gross profit from sales: PLN 103 million;
• net profit: PLN 39 million.

 
Separate financial data:

• revenue from sales: PLN 966 million;
• gross profit from sales: PLN 65 million;
• net profit: PLN 57 million.

The Issuer stipulates that the above financial data are approximate values. This may differ from the data which will be presented by the Issuer in the extended financial statements for the period from 1/01/ to 30/06/2022.
