Report content:    

The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting in accordance with Article 17(1) of the MAR, informs that on 01 December 2023 the consortium of companies composed of:

• MIRBUD S.A. with its registered office in Skierniewice (Consortium Leader);
• KOBYLARNIA S.A. with its registered office in Kobylarnia (Consortium Partner);

signed a contract with the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship (Al. IX Wieków Kielc 3, 25-516 Kielce).

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works for the task titled “Construction of Nowy Korczyn bypass”.

Contract value: PLN 93,206,844.45 gross.

Task execution deadline: 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.

The information on signing the contract has been qualified by the Issuer as confidential information, as defined in Article 7 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ EU L 173 of 12/06/2014, hereinafter referred to as the “MAR”), due to the significant value of the contract on the scale of the Company and its importance for the Issuer.
