The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “Issuer”), acting in accordance with § 5 (4) and § 9 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent, announces that it has received a statement of resignation of Mr. Wiesław Krzysztof Kosonóg from his position as a member of the Supervisory Board of MIRBUD S.A. as of 1 December 2023.

The reason for resignation indicated in the statement was a change in personal professional plans, the implementation of which could interfere with work on the Issuer’s Supervisory Board.
