Signing of indexation addendums to agreements with the General National Roads and Motorways Authority

Report content:    

The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the “Issuer”), acting in accordance with Article 17(1) of the MAR and with reference to current reports no.: 09/2019, 17/2022, 46/2021, 28/2021 and 11/2022, informs that on 22 July it has signed addendums to contracts with the State Treasury – the General Director of National Roads and Motorways in Warsaw.

The subject of the addendums concluded is to increase the maximum indexation limit for contract works.  The addendums concern the following contracts:

• “Design and construction of the A1 motorway Tuszyn (without interchange) - border of Łódź and Silesian Voivodeships from km 335+937.65 to km 399+742.51. Section B - Bełchatów interchange (without interchange) - Kamieńsk interchange (with interchange) from km 351+800.00 to km 376+000.00”;
• “Design and construction of the Olesno bypass on national road no. 11 (S11)”;
• “Construction of the S1 Kosztowy – Bielsko-Biała expressway. Section III – Dankowice – Suchy Potok interchange (with interchange)”;
• “Design and execution of construction works for the Przełom/Miniów-Kielce (S7 Kielce Zachód interchange) section of the S74 expressway”.

The information on concluding addendums has been qualified by the Issuer as confidential information, as defined in Article 7 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ EU L 173 of 12/06/2014, hereinafter referred to as the “MAR”), due to the significant value of the contracts on the scale of the Company and their importance for the Issuer.
