The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting pursuant to Article 17(1) of the MAR, informs that it has signed a contract with the Medical University of Łódź (address: Al. Kościuszki 4, 90-419 Łódź).

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting of construction of the Radiotherapy Building as part of the second stage of the Clinical and Didactic Centre of the Medical University of Łódź with the Academic Oncology Centre – building shell. 

Contract value: PLN 39,595,478.40 gross. 

The information on signing the contract has been qualified by the Issuer as confidential information, as defined in Article 7 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ EU L 173, dated 12/06/2014, hereinafter referred to as the “MAR”), due to the significant value of the bid on the scale of the Company and its importance for the Issuer.
