The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as "Issuer"), acting in accordance with § 5 (4) and § 9 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent, announces that on 19 December 2022 the Issuer received a statement of resignation of Ms Wiktoria Braun from her position as a member of the Supervisory Board of MIRBUD S.A. as of 31 December 2022.

The statement did not specify the reasons for the resignation.
