The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting in accordance with Article 17(1) of the MAR, informs that on 8 February 2022 it commenced the execution of a development project titled Construction of a storage hall with infrastructure in Tarnowo Podgórne, Poznań poviat for PDC Industrial Center 195 Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (address: Plac Europejski 1, 00-844 Warsaw) - a Panattoni Europe Group company. 

The approximate value of the contract which MIRBUD S.A. and PDC Industrial Center 195 Sp. z o.o. intend to conclude is: EUR 27,500,000 net.

The information on commencement of construction works has been qualified by the Issuer as confidential information, as defined in Article 7 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ EU L 173, dated 12/06/2014, hereinafter referred to as the “MAR”), due to the significant value of the bid on the scale of the Company and its importance for the Issuer.
