The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting pursuant to Article 17(1) of the MAR, hereby provides the preliminary estimated financial results for 2021.

Consolidated financial data:

• sales revenue: PLN 2,505 million
• gross profit from sales: PLN 231 million
• net profit: PLN 127 million

Separate financial data:

• sales revenue: PLN 1,747 million
• gross profit from sales: PLN 134 million
• net profit: PLN 80 million

The Issuer stipulates that the above financial data are approximate values. They may differ from the data which shall be presented by the Issuer in consolidated and separate financial statements for 2021.
