The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting in accordance with Article 17(1) of the MAR, informs that on 29 March 2022 it signed a contract with the Regional Infrastructure Administration in Zielona Góra.

The subject matter of the contract is the execution of construction works for the task entitled “Construction of repair hall W-10 in Krosno Odrzańskie with accompanying infrastructure for maintenance and repair of armour and armoured equipment as well as demolition of existing buildings. 

Contract value: PLN 48,550,007.52 gross.

Work completion deadline: 52 months from the date of signing the contract.

The information on signing the contract has been qualified by the Issuer as confidential information, as defined in Article 7 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ EU L 173, of 12/06/2014, hereinafter referred to as the “MAR”), due to the significant value of the contract on the scale of the Company and its importance for the Issuer.
