The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting in accordance with Article 17(1) of the MAR, informs that on 25 April 2022 it received a return signed letter of intent from Panattoni Development Europe Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (ul. Plac Europejski 1, 00-844 Warsaw). The subject of the letter is the construction of storage halls A and B together with the necessary infrastructure in Kielno, Szemud commune, Wejherowo poviat.

The approximate value of the contract which MIRBUD S.A. and Panattoni Development Europe Sp. z o.o. intend to conclude is: EUR 23,217,300 net.

The Issuer will inform about signing of the contract in a separate report.

The information on commencement of construction works has been qualified by the Issuer as confidential information, as defined in Article 7 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ EU L 173, dated 12/06/2014, hereinafter referred to as the “MAR”), due to the significant value of the bid on the scale of the Company and its importance for the Issuer.
