The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting in accordance with Article 17(1) of the MAR, informs that on 25 April 2022 it commenced the execution of a development project titled Construction of hall B in Gorzów Wielkopolski for Accolate XXXV PL Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (ul. Skaryszewska 7, 03-802 Warsaw.

The approximate value of the contract which MIRBUD S.A. and Accolate XXXV PL Sp. z o.o. intend to conclude is: EUR 16,715,266.53 net, with the possibility of extending it to include optional works in hall B for a maximum of EUR 3,471,813.54 net and consisting of construction of halls A and C for EUR 11,823,222.07 net.

The Issuer will inform about signing of the contract in a separate report.

The information on commencement of construction works has been qualified by the Issuer as confidential information, as defined in Article 7 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ EU L 173, dated 12/06/2014, hereinafter referred to as the “MAR”), due to the significant value of the bid on the scale of the Company and its importance for the Issuer.
