The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting in accordance with Article 17(1) of the MAR, informs that on 27 June 2023 the consortium of companies composed of:

• KOBYLARNIA S.A. with its registered office in Kobylarnia (Consortium Leader),
• MIRBUD S.A. with its registered office in Skierniewice (Consortium Partner)

signed a contract with the City of Słupsk (Plac Zwycięstwa 3, 76-200 Słupsk).

The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works in the scope of construction and reconstruction of existing road sections along the southern bypass of the City of Słupsk as part of the project titled “Continuation of the construction of the Słupsk City Ring”, executed on the basis of project documentation titled “Construction of a new connection between national road No. 21 and voivodship road No. 210 (along ul. Słoneczna, ul. Rybacka and ul. Leśna)”.

Contract value: PLN 128,781,000.00 gross.

Deadline for construction works: 20 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.

The information on signing the contract has been qualified by the Issuer as confidential information, as defined in Article 7 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ EU L 173 of 12/06/2014, hereinafter referred to as the “MAR”), due to the significant value of the contract on the scale of the Company and its importance for the Issuer.
