The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”) acting pursuant to § 5(1) and § 6 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent notifies that on 13 July 2023 it was informed of the registration dated 11 July 2023, made by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, 20th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, of the amendments to the Issuer’s Articles of Association adopted under Resolution No. 25/2023 of the Ordinary General Meeting of MIRBUD S.A. of 19 June 2023. The content of the amended or new provisions of the Articles of Association is attached as Appendix No. 1 to this Report.

The consolidated text of the Issuer’s Articles of Association prepared as at 19 June 2023 is attached as Appendix No. 2 to this Report.
