The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting in accordance with Article 17(1) of the MAR, informs that it has signed a contract with ED SAN III SANCAK Sp. K. with its registered office in Warsaw (ul. Nadrzeczna 7A/105, 05-552 Jabłonowo). 

The subject of the contract is the construction of a complex of commercial and service buildings together with necessary internal systems, an advertising pylon and land development together with a traffic system and parking spaces as well as technical infrastructure in Mysiadło, Piaseczno poviat, Masovian Voivodeship.

Contract value: PLN 69,300,000.00 net. 

The information on signing the contract has been qualified by the Issuer as confidential information, as defined in Article 7 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ EU L 173, dated 12/06/2014, hereinafter referred to as the “MAR”), due to the significant value of the contract on the scale of the Company and its importance for the Issuer.
