The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting in accordance with Article 17(1) of the MAR Regulation, announces that on 15 June this year it received information from the Issuer’s subsidiary – JHM DEVELOPMENT S.A. about signing a contract with WAMA Construction Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdańsk (address: ul. Kaprów 3A aptm. 37, 80-316 Gdańsk).

The subject of the contract is the construction of four tourist accommodation buildings (buildings: A, B, C and D) together with the underground garage (building A and building D) and the necessary infrastructure at ul. Jantarowa in Jastrzębia Góra.

Contract value: PLN 77,240,000.00 net.

The information on signing the contract has been qualified by the Issuer as confidential information, as defined in Article 7 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ EU L 173, of 12/06/2014, hereinafter referred to as the “MAR”), due to the significant value of the contract on the scale of the Company and its importance for the Issuer.
