The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting in accordance with Article 17(1) of the MAR Regulation, announces that on 21 June 2022 it signed two contracts with subcontracting companies:

• LBM Polska T. Lis, G. Burtan, T. Markiewicz with registered office in Lubień, Lubień 1065 (32-433 Lubień),
• PRUCHNIK Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka komandytowa with its registered office in Brzostek, Opacionka 40A (39-230 Brzostek).

The subject of the contracts is the execution of comprehensive earthworks in connection with the implementation of the task entitled “Construction of the S1 Kosztowy - Bielsko-Biała expressway. Section III Dankowice – Suchy Potok junction (with junction)”.

Total value of signed contracts: PLN 74,956,525.00 net.

The information on signed contracts has been qualified by the Issuer as confidential information, as defined in Article 7 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ EU L 173, of 12/06/2014, hereinafter referred to as the “MAR”), due to the significant value of contracts on the scale of the Company and their importance for the Issuer.
