The Management Board of MIRBUD Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Skierniewice (the “Company”) informs that on 28 June 2022 the Company received notifications from Mr Jerzy Mirgos, a person fulfilling managerial duties and responsibilities at the Company – President of the Management Board, on the acquisition of shares of MIRBUD S.A. on 24 and 27 June 2022, prepared in accordance with Article 19(1) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council EU No 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on MAR market abuse.

These notifications are enclosed as appendices to this report.
