The Management Board of MIRBUD Spółka Akcyjna, with its registered office in Skierniewice (the “Company”), informs that on 08 July 2022 the Company has received notifications from Mr. Jerzy Mirgos, the person performing managerial duties at the Company as its President of the Management Board, on the acquisition of shares in MIRBUD S.A. on 4 and 5 July 2022, drawn up in accordance with Article 19(1) of Regulation EU No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR).

These notifications constitute an appendix to this Report.
