The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting in accordance with Article 17(1) of the MAR and with reference to Current Report No. 16/2022, informs that it has received a return signed contract with ACCOLADE PL XXXV Sp. z o.o. (address: ul. Skaryszewska 7, 03-802 Warsaw).

The subject of the contract is the construction of warehouse halls A, B and C in Gorzów Wielkopolski, together with the execution of all associated works included in the contract as commissioned options.

Contract value: EUR 27,691,468.24 net.
Commissioned options: EUR 4,002,000.92 net.

The information on signing the contract has been qualified by the Issuer as confidential information, as defined in Article 7 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ EU L 173, dated 12/06/2014, hereinafter referred to as the “MAR”), due to the significant value of the bid on the scale of the Company and its importance for the Issuer.
