The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting in accordance with Article 17(1) of the MAR, informs that on 4 October 2022 it has signed a contract with Makro Cash and Carry Polska S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at Al. Krakowska 61, 02-183 Warsaw.

The subject of the contract is the construction of an office building with parking spaces and infrastructure on part of the property located in Warsaw at al. Jerozolimskie 184.
 
Contract value: PLN 45,870,049.22 net. 

The information on signing the contract has been qualified by the Issuer as confidential information, as defined in Article 7 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ EU L 173, dated 12/06/2014, hereinafter referred to as the “MAR”), due to the significant value of the bid on the scale of the Company and its importance for the Issuer.
