The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting in accordance with Article 17(1) of the MAR, announces that on 13 October 2022 it received information from the Employer, the Council of the Capital City of Warsaw - Bemowo District Office (ul. Powstańców Śląskich 70, 01-381 Warsaw), that the Issuer’s bid was selected as the most advantageous one in the tender procedure, conducted in the open tender procedure, titled “Construction of a school building under the school and kindergarten complex project within the Chrzanów housing estate, Bemowo District of the capital city of Warsaw”.

Bid value: PLN 84,700,000.00 gross.

The Issuer will inform about signing of the Contract in a separate report.

The information on the selection of the bid has been qualified by the Issuer as confidential information, as defined in Article 7 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ EU L 173, 12/06/2014, hereinafter referred to as the “MAR”), due to the significant value of the bid on the scale of the Company and its importance for the Issuer.
