The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting in accordance with Article 17(1) of the MAR, hereby provides the preliminary estimated financial results for the period from 01 January to 30 September 2022.

Consolidated financial data:

• revenue from sales: PLN 2,302 million;
• gross profit from sales: PLN 185 million;
• net profit: PLN 87 million.

Separate financial data:

•  revenue from sales: PLN 1,631 million;
• gross profit from sales: PLN 118 million;
• net profit: PLN 94 million.

The Issuer stipulates that the above financial data are approximate values. This may differ from the data which will be presented by the Issuer in the financial statements for the period from 1/01/ to 30/09/2022.
