The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting in accordance with Article 17(1) of the MAR, announces that on 23 November 2022 it has signed a contract with the Capital City of Warsaw - Bemowo District, Warsaw (ul. Powstańców Śląskich 70, 01-381 Warsaw).

The subject of the contract is the execution of the task titled “Construction of a school building under the school and kindergarten complex project within the Chrzanów housing estate, Bemowo District of the capital city of Warsaw”. 

Contract value: PLN 84,700,000.00 gross. 

Task execution deadline: 34 months from the date of signing the contract.

The information on signing the contract has been qualified by the Issuer as confidential information, as defined in Article 7 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ EU L 173, dated 12/06/2014, hereinafter referred to as the “MAR”), due to the significant value of the contract on the scale of the Company and its importance for the Issuer.
