The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting in accordance with Article 17(1) of the MAR, announces that it has signed a contract on 23 November 2022 with PIT-RADWAR SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA with its registered office in Warsaw (address: ul. Poligonowa 30, 04-051 Warsaw).

The subject of the contract is the execution of the task titled “Extension of the plant involving the construction of a complex of production and assembly buildings with social and office area, an internal road with accompanying technical infrastructure and including necessary demolition and coordination with other project tasks”. 

Contract value: PLN 96,605,040.10 net. 

The information on signing the contract has been qualified by the Issuer as confidential information, as defined in Article 7 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ EU L 173, of 12/06/2014, hereinafter referred to as the “MAR”), due to the significant value of the contract on the scale of the Company and its importance for the Issuer.
