The Management Board of MIRBUD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), acting in accordance with Article 17(1) of the MAR, informs that on 29 March 2022 the consortium of companies composed of:

• KOBYLARNIA S.A. with its registered office in Kobylarnia (Consortium Leader),
• MIRBUD S.A. with its registered office in Skierniewice (Consortium Partner).

signed a contract with the Legnica Municipality (registered office: Plac Słowiański 8, 59-220 Legnica). 

The subject matter of the contract is the execution of construction works for the task entitled “Construction of the South Service Road in Legnica – Stage III from al. Rzeczypospolitej to ul. Sikorskiego”.

Contract value: PLN 88,696,349.33 gross.

Task execution deadline: 22 months from the date of signing the contract.

The information on signing the contract has been qualified by the Issuer as confidential information, as defined in Article 7 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (Official Journal of the European Union, L 173, 12 June 2014, hereinafter “MAR” due to the significant value of the agreement for the Company and its importance to the Issuer.
